My family and I were on a trip when we experienced some unfortunate mechanical issues on a busy weekend. The good news? We were directed to Brooks. Super friendly, knowledgeable shop not out looking to take advantage of our situation. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here, especially if you’re from out of town.
View on GoogleI came here after some old guy at AutoZone hyped Rick up because their battery diagnostic machine didnt work. Met Rick, I think lol, I explained the situation, even said i know it couldnt be today because they are obviously busy, and he just kinda told me no and "to leave". No clue as to why an appointment wasn't even considered, especially since id obviously be going there for repairs. Maybe they just hate making money, which is fine, I can definitely look elsewhere. They had a cute cat though. That seems to be a theme in these sketchy shops lol.

View on GoogleWent here a few days ago, Just for a diagnostic since my engine light wasn’t on and i was confused about what could be going wrong. Don’t get me wrong , The staff is very friendly! They are always nice. But they told me i needed all my mounts, including transmission ,rack and pinion, a rear oil seal leak, and control arms. Not sure if it was an honest mistake, but i took it to another shop and they let me know that all the mounts except one were in perfect condition. And the leak doesn’t need repaired since it’s barely leaking, they said they only found a drop. I’ll still continue going here sometimes as prices are fair, and maybe my review will change. But they do offer great work, just not sure if the work they say that needs done is always accurate.
