Brakes For Less

I had a very bad experience at this shop. I went there to get a new tire (which I already had) installed on my car. They took the payment upfront and only partially installed the tire. After that, they told me they couldn’t complete the job because their machine might break. On top of that, they damaged my brand-new tire badly from all sides. When I asked for a refund since the work wasn’t completed, they refused and said they had already “tried,” so no refund would be given. Later, I went to another shop and found out the tire was so damaged that it couldn’t even be used anymore. I had to buy another new tire again. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place. There are many other better shops—save your money and your time. I want to respond clearly to your reply. First, I did NOT attempt to install the tire myself, and I did NOT damage it in any way. The tire was in good condition when I brought it to your shop. The damage happened while it was in your hands. If you already knew that you couldn’t install the tire, then why did you take my money in the first place? You should have simply refused the job instead of charging me. Also, your worker initially asked for $20, but then I was told very rudely to pay $40. That kind of behavior is not acceptable. I was kept waiting in my car for 15–20 minutes, and then you returned saying your machine might get damaged and you didn’t want to take the risk. That’s fine—but then don’t charge the customer. The main issue here is not the money. It’s the way you treated a customer. Customer service matters, and your behavior was unnecessarily rude. I didn’t even ask for a refund, yet you became defensive about it. Again, if the job wasn’t done, why charge? To be honest, this is a tire shop that couldn’t install a simple tire. I took the same tire to another shop, and they installed it in just 5 minutes without any issues. I hope you improve both your service and how to deal with customers.

I paid 600 dollars to get my f150 fixed. The owner assured me on the phone that they were the best they did it the cheapest and people come from all over the country to get their car worked on here. They were supposed to fixed my neutral safety switch and a stripped bolt that connected to my transmission that connected it. Well I was pregnant when I had it done fast forward and its still only starting in neutral and now my power steering is messed up too. I called to give them the chance to rectify the situation before I left a bad review. But when I call they said hold on for the owner they i heard him say mike its for you. So he gets on the phone claims he the manager not the owner and when I say my vehicle isn't working hangs up. I also called several times before this time and every single time the owner wasn't available. He is also very rude like hung up before I even got a chance to talk about what was going on. And honestly I wouldn't be surprised is he was on drugs with the way he frantically talks and act he boasted about having all this money and how he was doing us a favor and he didn't even need to and boasted about all the cars that he has ect. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I swear I am an honest person and I've never had worse service in my life. Like im honestly flabbergasted. They also even tried to act like I never took my car here at all shady crooks. ALSO would like to point out that if you read the bad reviews he has never tried to make things right with anyone he has done wrong just called them liars and blamed them for his mistakes. And I bet you he will on this review too and if he doesn’t there will be no response. Also proof my car was there just in case they try saying it wasn't ITS FUNNY THAT THEY ALSO NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT

This place is AMAZING. I came in for just pads and rotors to be put on. Ended up needing calipers too!🤦🏼‍♀️. When I tell you these men in here were friendly, knowledgable and explained everything I mean it they showed me what happened to the calipers and then cut me the best deal ever..I was on the verge of tears, coming off a recent surgery and broke as ever, but they helped me more than they know! Great prices, great staff. Will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you guys for everything!!!

I was so very grateful for the service I received here. Everyone was so kind and honest. Their deal on brakes was the best one I could find in the Indy area and the service quality matched the customer service. I was having a rough day and being shown kindness and hospitality while getting my brakes done was very healing for me plus I drove away with new brakes and my tires filled for less than I expected to spend. I will always come back here and I will continue to recommend friends and family!

I called on Monday for brakes and rotors on my mom 2016 Kia Optima. He quoted the price which is 2 times less than taken it to another shop or dealership. I also got a quote for an oil change that I pay $140 elsewhere, but only paid $70. My brake job was only $620 for front and back. So I came up top on my maintenance for my mom car. Plus driver windshield wiper. Also only took a hour only. Tell me where they do that at?!? I recommend them 100%
