I would leave a 0 star if possible. I dropped my car off at this shop at night and was told over the phone in the morning from “Mark” that my engine blew up. I was told three different stories from him on what happened. I find it extremely hard to believe that I was able to drive my car for years without my car not starting or any major problems like this and the one time I drop my car off my engine blows up. Even when I dropped it off that night there was no signs of anything that would show this problem happening. I believe they flooded my car and then used starter spray which caused a backfire and blew up my intake. Of course they didn’t tell me that, they don’t want any of the responsibility. I had to get a new car and now this repair will cost me at least $2000-3000. I will never take my car here ever again. Only thing I’m left to do is leave a bad review and some photo to show what they did!

I can’t speak highly enough of this place and the staff. Mark, the manager, is incredible. I have brought my cars in here for years and they’ve always been up front, honest, and kind. It’s hard enough finding an honest mechanic and this place sets the bar in every category with high quality work, excellent pricing and amazing customer service. I will always recommend this place and I was lucky enough to find out about them through my father. This place is lucky to have Mark.
View on GoogleI had a tire that was actively going flat and I was able to take my car in and get assistance immediately. The front desk was kind and it was easy to get resolved. It only took about 30-45min waiting to get my car in, tire looked at, and repaired. The tech found a wood screw lodged into my tire, and that was on the road 😑. Happy with the experience, comfortable seating to wait for your car to get repaired and back on the road!
View on GoogleThe shop was friendly and professional and replaced my starter and thermostat as requested, but it seems that they missed the coolant system compression test to check for leaks after the coolant flush (thermostat had been leaking coolant), because when I drove my car home from the repair there was a small pond of freshly leaked coolant underneath my car. My car became un-drivable and I had to get all the leaking hoses replaced somewhere else. It would have been nice for this to be caught at Auto Tire so I didn't spend so much extra time and expense without a car. Not how I'd hoped my first transaction with the shop would go, especially with the healthy prices they charge which I was only willing to absorb because the shop was so highly recommended by friends.
