I have now had my Jaguar F-Type serviced by Autopotenza on 2 different occasions. Both Holly and Ian in the office are wonderful and extremely pleasant. Both times my car ended up having more issues than expected and each time they had to call me with the bad news you could tell the empathy in their voices. They were also very good at keeping me updated every step of the way as with both times it was many multiple days to service. When they knew I wouldn't know what they were referring to they sent videos demonstrating/ explaining so that I would understand. Now, I didn't get to meet Ricky and Mitchell who actually serviced my car, but I can tell you that it is running more beautifully than ever. So, they definitely know what they are doing. With that being said, the reason I took it to Autopotenza in the first place is because 3 other auto shops could not fix the problems. One of which was a place that specializes in European/Sports cars. Will always be my first choice going forward...but it better not be for a while!!

Great place to go for car repairs. The best thing I like them about then was 1. They will not try to rip off you like other places. 2. Prices are very good. Better than anywhere else. 3. Repair time is less compared to others.

View on GoogleHonest, integrity driven service. Quick turnaround time for repairs, and they were able to give me a clear, concise read on what was actually wrong with my car. For context, I had been to 2 different dealers and 2 independent repairs and they gave me nonsense answers that only addressed the symptom, not the root issue. They made a lifetime customer out of me!
