Where do I even start! I reached out to Daniel with AutoLux Mobile Repair Saturday and by Tuesday I got an estimate on what needed to be done and how much everything would be. I had a leaking water pump, broken water outlet, and the plastic housing around my thermostat was broken. Daniel was so knowledgeable, professional, and fast! He was able to order the parts Tuesday and by Wednesday my car was fixed and returned back to me. In the picture I attached, the first one was my broken water outlet, the bottom picture is the newly upgraded metal water outlet that was placed in my car. He made things so simple for me and my dad who is usually hesitate of anyone working on my car. Daniel impressed my dad with his professionalism so much that he personally look forward to working with Daniel for all of his BMW needs. My dad was a man that believed the dealership is the best way to go, until he met Daniel with AutoLux Mobile Repair! Daniel was very responsive and provided updates along the way. I will continue to support this business and will refer anyone I know needing car repairs or maintenance. Thank you so much once again Daniel!

I called him around 4:30 pm. He said he would be headed my way in about 20 minutes. He never showed up and I had to start the search for a mobile mechanic all over again at 7:30. Luckily I found a great one who came promptly and fixed the car in about an hour! Don’t trust this service to to repair your car!

View on GoogleDan has been exceptional and has been super with availability. I needed a weekend appointment (Sunday) because I was traveling and he made it happen. I had something go wrong last night and was able to do the service the next day on Saturday. He knows all cars and is trained on luxury cars as well. He is my go to for BMW, Mazda and Honda. I highly recommend to anyone needing service of any type.
