Arlington Auto Center, Joe's Battery & Import Station

I have had work done on my vehicle more then once at Arlington Auto Center. The staff is very up front and straight forward on what is going on with your vehicle. They are very trustworthy and very honest. The owner is someone that you'll never forget or probably never run into this day in age... He really cares about his business and how it's ran and mostly he really cares about his customers. I recommend anyone to get work done here... I appreciate all that you guys have done for me... I gave this shop 1,827 dollars, to replace my glow plugs and fuel filter, and some miscellaneous electrical issues, and now my truck won't pick up speed, and misfires, brought it back the next morning, and they had the nerve to try and charge me another 95 dollars to check it out, I purchased the truck in Pittsburgh, drove it back to indy with 0 issues, the truck ran like it was fresh off the assembly line, they replaced the glow plugs and fuel filter, and now my truck runs like garbage, they tried to give me an estimated price of 3,666 and some change for things I never asked them to look at...beware they are scamers....please believe me when I say THEY ARE DIRTY!!!

Over price you & Nothing work what you paid for I'm tried of taking my back to the shop for them to do work that should have been done and should have been working before they gave it to me I made a mistake big time..I be Damm I got to go right back to this Damm shop because all that money I paid this damn shop to fix my damn A/C & they put all this New parts & compressor now the damn compressor don't even come on, WTH, I got to go back up here because they have the warranty on it I'm skeptical. I should have went up there soon as I noticed it it wasn't coming on 5 months after I got my car from this damn shop after paying almost $7,000 for all this work they did and nothing really worked well I don't know,.. I might just have them to give me a new compressor with the warranty and I just take the compressor to another shopping and let them do it because I don't trust them anymore after this situation I don't understand how they install things on people's cars and don't drive it to make sure everything works They just installed stuff okay it's fixed You have to drive people's car to make sure what you install is working All they want to do is run your bill up,. Never go to a shop when they say there mechanic technicians because they in their sleep charging you things that they haven't even done Never go to anyone that says they mechanic technician Just go to a regular mechanic someone that gives you a flat rate and that's it They want to charge by the hour They going to sleep at home charging you still That's how they steal your money I'll never do that again Talk me a valuable lesson Thank you..8-20-24

this shop is NOT honest! they overcharge for everything then tell u all these repairs that don't even need done. what they do do tho is good work. I recommend safe haven automotive examples: 1 they said my oil was leaking 6/10 and would be super expensive to fix.. been a year and zero oil has leaked. 2: paid over $3000 for a new transmission when turns out the real problem was a fluid leak. they didn't even check AND I had to pay even more to fix the leak
