I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. Staff member not only was on the phone with what sounded like a friend while working on my tires but he also gave me the WRONG SIZE TIRES. So unless you want to be down $$$ and pissed off, DO NOT waste your time or money on this tire shop!!
View on GoogleI’ve had an emergency situation where I’ve had to stop in this place twice to get a tire and they are so fast! The tires that I’ve gotten are all perfect. The man that has worked on my car has been incredibly nice! Even his wife was so enjoyable and fun and easy to talk to you and gave me some really good advice about my son! I think I will always go to this place for you Tires!
View on GoogleDo not go here ! They do not do good honest business. I took my car up there on Sunday 3/22 . I had a busted rim, I had another rim in my trunk that had a bad tire on it . I’m sure they put the exact tire back on my car as I woke up to a FLAT TIRE! That is what brought me there . I tipped and everything . Will never come back . This is my second bad tire I’ve gotten from them.
View on GoogleWent there yesterday, they broke my tire pressure sensor then put in a new stem gave me the old sensor had to pay $150 to replace the sensor this shop will rob you not professional wrote me a receipt on back of a card I will not go there again or recommend them they need to be audited and held responsible for their actions.

I was stranded in IN with multiple problems, and found myself at American Eagles after realizing that there is a hole in my tire and I'm 3 hours away from home. It was late, it was dark, I was stressed. Mo was so kind to me and was so generous with his help. He fixed my tire so quickly and even let me sit in my car the whole time. I felt very safe and taken care of, thank you thank you!!
