Not only he offers you a good service but his knowledge regarding transmissions is on a different level. He is always responsive, always answer his phone, always answer emails and this is the exact reason we keep installing Allison transmissions on each fire trucks we sell. This is the kind of customer service that YOU DO NOT find nowadays and when you find this type of service, well you end up writing a review on how effective and how good this service was ! I'd like to personally thank him, for everything he has done for us and for his hard work. Man believes in his product and because of that, we are proud to be one of your customer ! An idyllic setting with immaculate and abundant parking space, where everyone is engaged in their designated tasks and there's no aimless hanging around.

I get it- the whole tipping "obligation" is going out of style. However, let's talk about why we tip in the first place. It's for good service, right? You don't tip the cook or the chef for making good food, nor do you tip the owner for owning a good restaurant. You tip your server, if that server gave you good service. You tip based on service! Get it? If the server brings you bad tasting, food, or food cooked the wrong way, would you tip the server based on that? I don't think so, that wouldn't be the server's responsibility and you know that. What if the server didn't bring your food soon enough but notified you that the kitchen was experiencing problems and your order will take a while? Do you tip them based on that? I wouldn't, because tipping as I said, is based on service! You have the option to wait or to leave and go someplace else that may be faster. But you are a nearby business, a frequent customer, you know this place, you see that it is crowded when you arrive and you are able to make changes, if you so desire. You waited, even after a table near you got their food before you did, and you still waited . Then when you got your food, you took the time to eat and enjoy your lunch, then paid and left and went back to work down the street. I'm not going to mention names because you all work at a place that pays you well enough that you can easily afford to leave a tip even if the service was poor. But, you chose to punish an excellent server with years of experience who never treats any of their customers disrespectfully, who is also a preferred server, by many of their customers. The server is not responsible for events that take place in the kitchen. The server provided you with excellent, above and beyond service. You should be ashamed of yourselves for being bad customers! How miserable must you all have been to sit there enjoying your meal, albeit might have been rushed because you waited a long time to get it, knowing and probably discussing it amongst yourselves about how you all will be leaving a $0 tip. . Shame on you miserable people.

Not an ideal place to pick up at if you have two pick ups there. One dock seems like a mile from the guard shack then back to check out then for sure a mile to the other dock. As much land as this place is setting in you would think the would utilize it and build a decent loading area and all loads picked up at. In trucking time is money and one thing any driver doesn't need is wasting time running from one dock to another at the same location.
