I have downtown Indy for 28 years and driven past this place many times w/o paying any attention. I needed 4 new tires. I found a hidden jewel! Kevin and the staff are very user and veteran friendly! Customer for life!

Amazing service and even better work. Everyone there is trustworthy and great at what they do but Chris goes above and beyond to make sure customers get an ideal experience every visit.
View on GoogleI LOVE a small business, which is why I’ve been so disappointed with this shop. I had a screw in my tire, so I dropped it off and was told I would need to buy a new one for $430. That sounded absurd, but I didn’t have time to take it somewhere else. They apparently had to special order it. Meanwhile, at least a week goes by, and the whole time I’m putting air in my tire twice a day to keep it going. Finally, I call and ask about the delivery. They sounded flustered and claimed they didn’t know what happened to my ticket but that they’d make sure they’d get me that tire. Pretty sure they forgot to place the order…anyways, more days go by and I finally decide to go to Discount Tire. They replaced it within 45 minutes for less than $200 and seemed stunned that I was told the only safe tire option would be $400+ All-Star agreed to refund my $100 down payment. I just made my THIRD call to ask when I would actually be refunded. This has been going on for weeks. I’m not holding my breath. I agree with whoever said if you don’t have experience with cars or don’t know what the issue is, DO NOT bring it to All-Star. Especially if you’re a woman. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, incompetent, or scammy, but I do know that you’ll waste precious time and money going there.
View on GoogleClass acts! I work downtown leaving the parking garage had a flat tire. Pulled in and they instantly noticed the nail put air in my tire for free right before they closed. That meant a lot because I just needed to get the car home. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleEveryone at All Star is awesome. They are friendly, honest and helpful. I have been using them for tires and many other repairs for years. Drop off on the way to work and pick up at the end of the day. THE BEST!
