Thanks to John, I will never use this shop again. I have been using this shop on and off since it opened and been referring business to them for years. But my experience with John, which was my first ever has led me to believe that this shop is not in the best of hands and customers may not be getting taken care of the way that they used to. The brothers built something awesome but after my experience today I doubt I can ever return with any confidence that my vehicle will be repaired with the care that it was previously. I have included a picture of how my vehicle was parked on their lot when I showed up the next morning to discuss repairs with John.

If I can give they will get minus ➖️ 5 💯. For my van collision damage repair. It was JOHN who ask me $5500 for total cost. They did only worked on bumper and other body parts however without fixing the AirCondition, Precolision censor, Park Brake service, ABS lights. When I return today at the shop they are asking for extra costs on every parts to fix them. They don't care my concerns at all. Very Dishonest and NOT professional ဆိုင်ရှင်ကမသမာသမားသတိထားကြ😔🙄

The worst coustomer service ever and they are charging over price for service make sure if u go there ask them about price before u use there service later u will regret it. I will not recommend u to go there due to poor coustomer service and zero respect u can find good service and cheaper rates in other shops nearby... plus they will destroy your stuff due to half of people don't speak English how will work on your cars so no understanding at all if u have issues to explain. The owner is the worst. No respect and charging people more money for poor service.. so anyone how reads these don't go there do your research before u visit these spot.

Told me a price on the phone that led me to choose to give them business, price was then higher in person. Gave them business anyways. Just got a flat, not their fault, but am now unable to get the wheel off the car to replace my tire as two of the bolts on my wheel are cross threaded. I saw this place had good reviews but unfortunately not one from me.
