Things have always been done right in my experience. Just had my alternator and water pump changed and everything went smoothly. I have multiple family and friends that come here and have all been happy with the work done. And I'd say they're pretty fairly priced for the quality of work the do. Also, it's nice to be greeted by a dog the size of a small horse.

Damage was done to our personal vehicle and the jobs were not done correctly. If he felt like he could not do the job then he should feel free to say that. Passenger step were supposed to have 4 braces on it and driver 2 braces. They only put 3 braces on the passenger side and the driver's side was not installed. It is now several weeks later and trim parts are falling off of our van that they have broke in installing the passenger side step. I have now taken the van to a place in Anderson (Auto Outfitters) and the job was done wonderfully. "Photo's are of damage that Bigg's did."

I have taken my vehicles to Biggs for over 12 years because he's always been extremely trustworthy and fair on price. Mike never pushes a repair or maintenance item that is questionable. His work is top notch and customer service is awesome.
