I had an outstanding experience with Brandon at Dyer & Sons. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on what was best for me—not just making a sale. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything in detail. He walked me through what was going on with my car, what needed attention, and realistic timeframes for getting everything fixed. There was never any pressure—just honest, straightforward advice. Brandon genuinely looks for ways to save you money and help you out. A great example: another shop told me my brakes needed to be replaced, but Brandon took a look and was honest that they didn’t—and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. That level of integrity is rare. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a car shop. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, fair, and won’t take advantage of you, Brandon is your guy. I can’t recommend him enough.

I called here because wrong weight oil was added to my car oil change at another automotive shop. They were very busy , however they took a few minutes to explain it is not catastrophic as I thought. Professional, Personable. I can' thank them enough.Awesome customer service. TEN STARS!

We came in on Monday because our vehicle was having issues accelerating, and popped a blinking engine light. They were quick to run diagnostics, listened to the car, inspected the engine, and let us know we have an engine knock issue. He gave us a quote to replace the engine, and then let us know we could check and see if our vehicle had an extended warranty for that issue! He gave us all the info we needed to provide, as well as the questions to ask, and let us know we could schedule to come back in if the warranty was expired and we still needed help. It was an all around great experience during a stressful time, he was up front about the issues and was open about their costs and what it would take to get fixed. the transparency was greatly appreciated and we will gladly come back for regular oil changes and maintenance!!

Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had work on any of my vehicles. The prices are fair and honest. The work is exceptional. If you ever have an issue with your vehicle, I definitely recommend going here. I will definitely be returning for any issues in the future

Got my brakes checked today, and Brandon told me the pads were still in great shape, no need to replace them yet. He even said I didn’t have to spend the money if it wasn’t necessary. He also fixed the squeaking noise right away! This is a super honest, family-owned shop. I really appreciate how Brandon cares for his customers and takes the time to explain things, true top-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back for other services. Would recommend this to anyone!
