Hands down good honest kind hearted folks! They were truly a blessing to me today and Iam forever thank for this business. Truly went above and beyond! You guys must be doing some right as well cause your phone rings off the hook! Good job boys keep up the work you definitely will have a few new customers coming from me! Would not recommend Indy Lube in Danville. We dropped my girlfriend’s car off specifically for brake pads only. The rotors were replaced not long ago and did not need to be changed — the pads that were installed previously were low quality and wore out quickly. Jeff called with a quote saying the car needed pads and rotors. I told him it did not need rotors, and his response was, “Are you mechanically inclined?” That’s a completely unprofessional question to ask a customer, especially from someone trying to sell work. For the record, yes I am — I just work a lot and it was too cold to do the job myself. He then quoted $900 for pads and rotors on a small vehicle, which is already ridiculous. When I asked for pads only, the quote was still $650, which is just as outrageous. I declined the service and told them I’d be back Thursday or Friday to pick the car up. I ended up stuck at work and sent someone else to grab the keys — and they charged a random pickup fee even though no work was performed on the vehicle at all. No parts, no labor, no inspection beyond clicking through things on a computer. Charging a fee and essentially holding the keys hostage when nothing was done is unacceptable. I’ve worked in a shop before and I know how these shady practices happen. Between the inflated pricing, the attitude, and charging fees for doing nothing, I would not trust or recommend this business.

Have taken all of our vehicles to Jeff and his crew since 2014 and will continue to do so for anything that they can possibly do for us. If it’s something they don’t handle there, Jeff always knows who to refer us to!! Always the best service and prices out there.

Pulled right in and had an oil change in about 10 minutes or less. Tim helped me with the paperwork rather than eatng his lunch, which was being delivered when I arrived, and Tristan and the guy down in the pit did the oil change. They also topped off the fluids. All around great service. Thank you!
