I have always counted on Carmel welding with any of my outdoor tools with a gas engines. They have always been responsive and provided me timeline details, even if they have to order a part and deliver on a promise. This track VAC system is working like brand new And completed in time for me to gather all the leaves.
View on GoogleI've called this company multiple times pertaining to trying to handle a warranty issue with my lawn mower that I bought from Lowe's considering that they are certified service company for torso lawn mowers I can never get anyone to call me back I can never get anyone to answer the phone I've went up to the place and have been completely ignored I get that caramel is the area that is not fully acceptable to people of color but to be a established business that is willing to accept responsibility for working on devices that have warranty such as my lawn mower anyone else's lawn mower I do not feel that the customer service was up to par no matter if it's being a receptionist of answering the phone looking directly at who's calling and ignoring the call which in general has happened to me even when I went up there I was in line made a call just to see if I may have just been overreacting and witnessed that they do screen the phone calls be mindful and careful who you do business with or seek to get your product worked on considering the snotty attitudes that I received and still have yet to receive a call back even after I left an inform them that I needed the assistance has been such a major hassle and not appreciated at all. I do feel that it is a major problem for a company to actually one screen calls two not call you back in three talk to you as if you're ignorant just because you're not bringing business that may be as profitable to them because it is a warranty item.
