The first 2 gentleman that helped me were awesome. Very informative with excellent customer service. The last man who checked me out seemed as if he didn't want to be there and had a slight attitude. Made me second guess buying tires . Now my passager tire is leaking air and wobbly and I will be bringing it back for further assistance. I hope I get one of the first 2 guys I deal with.

Tire rotation and balance was fast employees were friendly. However my hood was left un-latched. They say every vehicle is inspected so your hood will be up while there. So they pull the hood release when they pull the vehicle in but never raised my hood therefore when I left my hood wasn't latched completely and I was forced to stop on the side of the interstate to shut it.

Had a great experience at Tire Barn. They fixed my tire pressure sensors quickly and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly, professional, and the pricing was much better than the dealership. Really appreciate the honest service and fast work. Highly recommend.

The young lady was awesome. She made sure i was taken care of. She was very polite and kept me posted to what was going on until it was my turn. The.young man who checked me out was awesome was awesome.

I took my car to Tire Barn on Friday. They changed my tires and got me on my way. They even upgraded my tires and I paid the exact price they quoted me. I’m a Tire Barn fan for life. Great job to John and his staff! A very happy customer!
