RPM helped me a ton on the phone and even the day I showed up. I hauled my C6Z here from 5 hours away and showed up 10 minutes before they opened. I had already made a plan on everything with the salesman over the phone for what to do for an entire built driveline. Throughout the day they let me see all the AWESOME cars they had in the back, and all the top tier parts. I had cooked my transmission, we adapted and they still had me setup for success. From dropping the car off at 6:50AM they had me back on the trailer headed home at 5PM when they closed. With and entire new driveline put in. And the staff was superb, all of them were as friendly as possible especially the guy with a permed mullet, that’s when I knew they would have me hooked up. Lol

I bought a RPM level 6 T56 Magnum from Jeremy and I absolutely cannot describe the unbelievably excellent customer service, the fast response, excellent pricing and excellent quality of parts and everything else RPM transmissions has done for me past and present. This is hands down THE BEST manual transmission I have ever driven in my entire life. it shifts like butter, makes zero noise, has no notchiness, and glides through the gears. I am genuinely impressed! Thanks a Ton to Jeremy and the entire RPM staff for absolutely knocking it out of the park, Jeremy helping me even off hours when you weren't even at work. It is greatly appreciated.
View on GoogleTransmission was bought new. Was sold as a high performance level 6 rated to 600hp. Transmission line failed causing fluid loss. Sent the unit back to rpm for a complete rebuild. When instilled the trans leaked fluid. Found out they failed to install the shifter seal. Had that fixed at a local shop. Unit never shifted right and slipped from day 1 after the rebuild. Had it rebuilt by a local guy and he showed me parts that indicated a lot more wear then a unit only having approximately 12k miles on it. Transmission now shifts perfectly after the rebuild. I feel that rpm just did a sloppy job, causing me extra expense and frustration. Not looking for full compensation, but would be nice if they backed up ther work. Wasn’t going to trust them for a second round. Buyer beware!!
View on GoogleI bought a level V t56 and a stage II diff from Jeremy and put it in myself. They were super helpful through the whole process. Had issues with the clutch and it damaged the transmission. Took it to them and they made it perfect. They’ve been extremely helpful and definitely recommend them. They have an excellent shop and customer service. I’m very pleased with the quality of work! Give them a call and they’ll tell you everything you need to know. Will use them again for my next project!
