As always the team at Redwood Automotive in Anderson, Indiana has been excellent. They are up front about what repairs are actually needed. They don’t use mark up percentages on parts and labor costs are very competitive. They did have a courtesy driver which helped a great deal with transportation expenses. Jake, Andrea, Austin, Brett and the service team are good people. I had more work done 7/8/2026. I had a hose repair and upgraded headlights installed. Quick and painless as always. Redwood Auto is really a great place for service. I’ve also purchased a couple of cars there too. They are a very good dealership. Thanks!

Worst experience I’ve ever had after purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a Ford Raptor from them, haven’t even broke 5,000 miles yet have already replaced timing chain which was pulling teeth with the warranty company, now I’m in the process of waiting for the warranty company to approve the transmission replacement. Who knows what’s next on this truck to go wrong. Thanks Redwood you guys are the best!!!!!

This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of integrity in how they handled my purchase. I called multiple times on a Tuesday morning about a 4Runner they had advertised. It wasn’t until after noon that I finally reached a sales manager. We discussed the vehicle, negotiated a price, and I agreed to the deal. He emailed me a Bill of Sale, which I signed and returned promptly. By that point in the day, I was unable to drive up before they closed, and I clearly communicated that I would come first thing the following morning. I also confirmed that a cashier’s check would be acceptable for payment. The next morning, I called to finalize arrangements and was told the documents would be prepared. Fifteen minutes later, a different salesman called back to say another couple was on their way to look at the vehicle. I immediately offered to wire the full payment on the spot to secure the deal, but they refused. Despite having a signed Bill of Sale and a confirmed payment method, they chose not to honor their agreement. This was a deeply frustrating experience and reflects poorly on their business practices.
