Excellent experience with Mitch Smith Auto Service. I called about an issue with my Bentley Bentayga, and from the very first phone call, the professionalism stood out. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, got me scheduled quickly, and the team took the car in and handled the issue exactly as promised. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for a luxury vehicle, and there were no games or surprises. Honest work, good communication, and they delivered what they said they would do. That kind of integrity is getting harder to find these days. Highly recommend.

No matter where you go car repairs are seldom cheap or quick, but this is a good shop. Friday I went to Meinike and they gave me an estimate of just under $2100 for a brake job and oil change. I new my brakes were shot and I almost did it, but my wife stopped me before they started. The following Tuesday I took my car to Mitch Smith and had the same exact job done for $668.00 literally 1/3 the cost. It took a bit longer than I expected but I sat in a comfortable waiting area drinking coffee while I waited. The service was excellent and they kept me informed as to what was happening while I waited. As an added plus the restroom was clean which is rare in an auto shop. I told them it was the first time I was ever happy about spending $668.00.

They are very consistent, and efficient in their communication/service of findings, estimates, and recommendations for solutions without making it a high pressure environment. As long as I live in Anderson, I won't be going anywhere else!

It is sure hard to find a shop today that will go the extra mile, sure basic oil changes are the norm but when you have a vehicle with OEM special circumstances with hard to get oil….most shops pass! NOT THIS ONE! Great job taking care of my ride, I really appreciate your attitude and service!
