I took my 2011 Chevy Equinox here after it broke down and had to be towed in, and the experience was far better than I expected given the situation. They were easy to find and communicate with, and since I don’t live locally, they kept in great contact with me by both text and phone. After assessing the car, they took the time to walk through the options with me honestly and clearly. In the end, the repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, and they were straightforward and helpful in talking through that reality rather than pushing unnecessary work. They even helped me find a scrapyard that offered the best price for the vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty and communication and would highly recommend them.

I thought Joseph was great! He explains what he is going to check and informs you of what exactly needs to be done. He provided pictures and videos, and even brought me the collapsed Lifter from my engine. I’m happy with the repairs, the price and the turnaround time. He replaced a whole bank of Lifters, Head Gasket, Tires and TPMS Sensors, and diagnosed and repaired an Electrical Issue with my Headlights and got it done in just a few days.

This shop is somewhat small and because of that, may not be the fastest, but they are honest & fair and prices are very competitive with other shops in the area. They are very thorough, documenting everything and sending to your phone/email for review, and they are always happy to answer any questions. Cost are confirmed before service is performed so the customer gets no billing surprises. Highly recommended!

Repairs were completed, and my car now runs like new! I really appreciate how they use text messaging to communicate. My first message included my appointment details and Jossy’s contact information, and the next one showed everything they found during the inspection. The system let me choose which repairs to approve, and they even included videos explaining the issues and demonstrating various car features — very impressive! On top of that, everyone was extremely courteous and friendly.

Went in for a brake service. After dropping the car off and asking for multiple time estimates, the car wasn't done after almost 5 hours of it being at the shop. I had called previously about the cost and was not quoted labor, and while I maybe should have asked, when I asked for a total, you'd think they'd give me a guesstimated total. It seems they didn't start the brake work until after we came to retrieve the car 4.5 hours later. Watched them start to finish from the waiting room window. Would've appreciated good time/cost estimates. My brakes are much better, but I'm upset by the lack of communication given. I had a pre-scheduled appointment and I'm disappointed. Asked for one specific job to be done and they called me over an hour in to ask what they were fixing on it.
