I went in for a regular oil change. That was fine but three days after having it changed my radiator cracked. I have been more than a month trying to figure everything out. I found that my temperature sensor in my radiator had been disconnected that is what caused my car to overheat and crack the radiator. I had not done any work prior on this car and when I changed the radiator I did not have to unplug this sensor that is why I couldn’t figure out where it went. So I believe that when they did my oil change they unhooked my sensor as it wouldn’t cause an immediate problem that I could actually prove that they did something. I feel they did this because I do most work on my car myself. I dislike oil changes, so I usually take my car somewhere to have it done. I think they saw a woman and they were only getting oil changes out of me and thought if the caused major problems I would bring it and they would be able to charge me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
