Went up there they had 1 tire that was the size I needed. Tire had a hole. Buddy insisted that I take the thinner tire for $50 after I said put mine back on. Decided that I'll just buy another 1 down the road keep the one for a spare. I go to the other place And they put a (TRAILER TIRE) on my truck. Which they said was illegal and I should get my money back. So I go up there. Buddy who can't read or speak English is the only 1 there. The manager who's never there. Who Won't answer the phone when her employee calls. After 30 mins calls back and proceeds to tell me she can only give me $35 back. No big deal you guys only put a illegal tire TRAILERS ONLY IN BIG BOLD LETTERS.....on my truck. Tells me something about the policy... 😂 So I was like alright Whatever. Haven't seen my $35 yet so I'm down $110 for 1 used tire....bad business. is bad business. You'll be the one paying for their mistake. Might as well go to to a place that sells brand new tires that are $150 a piece. save the hassle. You go there to get cheap tires to save money and they want to nickel and dime you On their mess up

Sold my husband a tire that was flat by the end of the day the day we got it. 60$ for a tie that we can’t even use. Not only that, but they stripped our lug nut and they bent our rim. We tried calling multiple times but the man does not speak very good English and hangs up on us!!!!!!!!!!!

View on GoogleHorrible customer service, stripped my lug nut then tried to refer me to a mechanic to fix their problem. After about 4hours waiting they had a mechanic come and fix the nuts for free and gave me a discount on the tires all is well☺️
