View on GoogleGo here. People, work, price - all perfect. One day, new alternator done by 5pm. Let me tell you the story - I am so skeptical and nervous of new mechanics. My truck died on the interstate. Rogers towed it hours before roadside assistance was going to get there. I left the truck with the girls (near off ramp) and called roadside assistance (used app) and an uber. Didn't have a choice because Illinois sends someone to get your car if you leave it. It's a European truck and not a lot of people work on those. Getting it towed to the dealership was going to be a challenge. Plus they told me it was going to cost two or three times as much as Rogers quoted me. I was stuck. Super skeptical. I've been going to the same mechanics for like 30 years at home in Milwaukee. Google reviews made me feel a bit better about using Rogers. Really satisfied with my experience. Might make the drive for other maintenance, I like it so much Everyone was great. Service, general operator/receptionist, after hours operator, etc. - all awesome. Service was amazingly quick. Mechanics in Milwaukee often take days if not weeks to get into. Drop off (2nd time) and pick up after hours (both times), seamless. Solid work. Warranty on alternator. Used rebuilt which is better than off brand. Fast forward, alternator was not working great and had loose bolts 1.5-2 years later. Got the new alternator for free. Just paid for labor. What a relief !! The tow was pricier than average but the quick response was worth it. Go here. Don't fear.

After over a year of driving around without an A/C, my car is like brand new! Very easy drop-off/pick-up and impeccable service! Thank you for treating me so well!!
