Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to example everything and kept me updated and fought with the insurance to get my car completely covered. My own insurance wasn’t saying anything. Second time using them and it’s been a great experience! I would highly recommend.

I spoke with HAL and he handled everything for me , with the holidays and everything he was able to get my car out of the tow yard and brought it to his shop . Such a blessing and I’m just very thankful for Hal and his team.
View on GoogleWhen I got rear-ended in June, I was frustrated and nervous about taking my car to a shop. In my experience, mechanics had taken advantage of me, always upselling and doing mediocre jobs. My car insurance company recommended Collision Solution in Zion and from the very beginning, I felt respected and that my car would genuinely be fine. Rachel was very communicative about my car and the time it would take to get repaired. Whenever something changed, she’d give me an update. Everyone at the shop was extremely kind and honest. Weeks after my car repairs, I got a dashboard notification about a service needed so I took my car to the Hyundai dealership and was told I needed a bunch of things done. I called Collision Solution and told them, and they consoled me, and told me the dealership was trying to take advantage of me. Just Rachel taking the time to look at the documents the dealership gave me and giving me a call back with such honesty, was invaluable to me. They may not know it now, but they and anyone else they recommend are my car people. Who knew honest car people exist!!??? I certainly didn’t until I met them! Oh, and their work was impeccable!
View on GoogleOld guy got over on me I came there to get my 85 Monte Carlo ss front end redone and he changed me 16k and they held the car for almost a year. Then he finally to tell me pick it up I get home and see Transmission oil all over my driveway then I call him and tell him he said bring it in so I did now he keeps my car for 2 more weeks tell me to pick again and the same thing happened again 😒😕then I see his name from they shop on my Bluetooth radio no they never do my trans and no they didn’t give me money back 🧎🏻➡️
View on GoogleI was rear-ended in my truck about a month ago and once again I went to Hal & Rachel they are by far the very best in the business, very knowledgeable and professional from the minute I went in for the repair, before getting my truck back my wife's Equinox got rear-ended so her vehicle went in for repair too and once again very professional. They keep you updated on progress and I wouldn't go any where else. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good body shop. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs.
