I want to say thank you to the owner of Pfeiffer auto clinic for taking the time to help me when my car ran out of gas he got out of his car and helped me push it to the side of the road and then went and got me gas what a great person I wish more people were this way again Sir thank you.

I feel some reviews on here are fake.had my car repaired and paid over $2000 had to fix some things my self and have the recipe telling me the cam position sensor was replaced and it was not just one from parts store and took the old one out that they claimed was replaced it was the ome.just to say check and make sure everything that was worked on or claimed to be changed was really done don't know who lied shop the mechanic but it doesn't matter every one works for the business so one can make all look like lier not a good look for business.

I was informed by an oil change place that my transmission had a good leak and I had noticed it slipping a bit a couple days before. I called Pfeiffer and advised them what the situation was. The gentleman was really nice and professional and told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it there until later. I was in touch with them the following day, they told me what was wrong. They fixed it the same day and it runs great now. I highly recommend them!

Had an unusual grinding noise in the front end(4wheel drive) of my 2013 Ford F150 after they changed brakes, rotors, and control arms, they were patient with my concerns brought the truck back in and agreed to make it right, the customer service I received was above and beyond that of any other shop I have ever been to. I would recommend this group of mechanics to anyone. A special thanks to Doug and Terri, for always keeping me posted!
