Brach's Service Center

We've used them a number of times for a number of vehicles for 10 years. Not super impressed. The pricing is very reasonable, but literally not one time have the fixed the entire problem in one go round. Change out a blown coolant hose? Great job but they didn't refill my coolant enough and my car overheated on the way home. Replaced the broken power steering pump. Yes, but didn't clock that the bad pump had damaged the rack from the steering so it was still grinding and hard to turn on the way home. Both times had to bring it back again to if it fully fixed, which means both repairs added extra days after they had us pick it up when 'it's done'. We didn't go back for several years but then car broke down away from home (we moved away from their area) and our family again recommended Brach's, so we tried again. This last time was a busted water pump. We asked to make sure that was the only issue, especially knowing that a bad pump is hard on your belt. They said the belt looked great, we shouldn't replace it. Less than 300 miles later, belt flat out snapped. Now we have to get a tow, but it's near our new home and we'll take in elsewhere. I love a good price and politeness and the work itself is good - but we need them to be sure the ENTIRE job is finished.

The work has been good and honest in the past. Last time, however, I came in and waited about 5 minutes before trying to get his attention. He ignored me. He looked my way, too. He wasn’t even under a car or anything, mostly walking around and wheeling a barrel over. I never came back to this place after that.

Jim was incredibly helpful, and he was very, very reasonable in his charge for the emergency service. I will definitely return to Brach’s Service for routine maintenance because I trust him. 👍

I needed a new trunk latch on my hatchback and of course the dealership wanted to charge an exuberant amount for it. I live down the street from Brach’s and figured I’d give them a call. Jim said he would take a look, he tried to fix it (which I’m almost certain the dealership didn’t try to do) and confirmed I did need a new trunk latch. He gave me an extremely fair price to replace it if I could get him the part, which phenomenally I was able to find on Amazon for $40. He replaced it for me the following week, and it’s good as new. So nice dealing with someone honest and who you can tell is knowledgeable, I’m recommending Brach’s to all my fam and friends!

Went in for a quick oil change. Service was great and fast. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning here. Thank you Mr. Brach for servicing our vehicles! You always do a great job! If I could leave more than one 5 Star review, I would.
