Buyer beware. Brought a 2024 Tucson here for an inspection (RO #30098). The shop physically damaged the trunk of the car while it was on their property. Their own automated check-in report caught the damage, yet when confronted, three different employees tag-teamed phone calls to shout over us and deny it. When we sent a formal email with before-and-after photographic proof, management completely went radio silent. Unprofessional, deceitful, and zero accountability. We have had three of our cars, with major repairs, done here and they are awesome. I am very skeptical of garages as I worked in one a while ago and know how most operate. They guys are true to their word and the repairs are done right. If there was a light that cam on afterwards they were quick to have the car back in and fixed the issue without charging more.
