Had a great experience with Lump & Sons Inc.
The team is honest, trustworthy, professional, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They took the time to explain the issue, didn’t push unnecessary repairs, and finished the work when they said they would (rare automotive unicorn). Pricing was fair, service was smooth, and the car runs perfectly. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop you can actually trust-highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and straightforward car service.
View on GoogleMy rating is a 0/10 because I’ve had to bring my car back OVER 6 TIMES for the EXACT SAME ISSUE that I already paid thousands of dollars to have fixed. Every single time, I was told it was repaired, only for the problem to continue. At this point, it feels like they either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. There was absolutely no remorse, urgency, or consideration for the inconvenience, wasted time, and money I’ve dealt with. Instead of trying to make things right, I was met with ignorance and rude behavior — especially from the owner’s son, who seriously lacks customer service skills and professionalism.
I have spent OVER $3,000 here just to repeatedly deal with the same unresolved issue. That is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, peace of mind, and want your car fixed CORRECTLY the first time, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. There are far better and more trustworthy shops out there.

If you need anything, Lumpp & Sons will give you a fair price as well as provide solutions you may not have thought of before. Many times I have come to Lumpp & Sons, and each time they have given me recommendations on how to fix my car with cheap and quality solutions. One day, my car stopped unexpectedly. I called them at night, and they still picked up and helped me tow my car to their shop. The owner himself is knowledgeable about a wide array of car services. Particularly, as it pertains to my situation, he helped with the following topics: transmission, electrical, engine repair, brakes, oil change, etc. In a world where car shops are sometimes untrustworthy, Lumpp & Sons is a quality and reliable shop.

The work they do has always been exemplary, and the prices have consistently been extremely competitive, if not outright lower. If you don’t currently have or know of a reliable auto shop near you, this is your place. It’s not flashy or shiny, I know. But don’t let that put you off. It’s actually one of the things I like about it. Pat and the guys here know their business, and aren’t out to gouge you. That’s gold.
