This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a tire shop. The price was cheaper than everywhere else and I was in and out very quickly. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. They just changed my tire mounted and balanced out the door for a good price. Great guys there too! I will be back.

View on GoogleI’ve been coming to Waukegan for many years to get tires. I’ve been to all the tire shops in the area and there’s some that are cheap but don’t balance your tires, others are expensive or don’t have your tire size. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am for Sam’s tire shop. The prices are always the best, they have every size you might need, the tires are always full of tread, and they’re always busy BUT they get you in and out in 5 minutes!! It’s insane how fast these guys work. And best of all, they’re very honest people and take care of their customers. I had recently bought brand new tires from them and one of my tires developed knots on the sidewall and my friend told me it was likely my fault from hitting a curb or pothole and that no tire shop would ever warranty something like that. Well guess what? I went back to Sam’s and they literally got me the same tire brand new, swapped it over and didn’t even charge me a dollar. I always send all my friends and family here, but I just want others to know how much of a blessing this tire shop really is.

There were 14 vehicles waiting at the open on a Monday morning. They had me back on the road in a half hour. Remarkable team!
View on GoogleI bought 4 tires online and brought it here to install like I have in the past for $100 and $25 for tire disposal. After they installed it the car was shaking. I went back again to let them know. They balanced the front tires but the problem continued. I went back again to let them know. And the owner suggested that the tires I bought online wasn’t good, I still requested him to check the balance again. They balanced the back wheels and charged me $20. I went back to talk to the owner and the way he acted was definitely not called for. I paid him and immediately went to the highway and now the car doesn’t shake anymore so obviously it wasn’t the tires. I think he wanted me to buy the tires from him in the first place.
