Great knowledgeable/friendly service! I was initially in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2016 BMW X3 and was referred to Rauch Auto by a trusted source to assist me. Being a novice myself when it comes to cars, they were able explain the various characteristics (brand, diameter, tread, etc.) of such and helped me stay within my budget. Their garage does not have a showroom for rims, so they directed me to a fantastic website to place my order. Once the order was complete, which came directly to their shop, their installation was timely and without issue. I have since been back for various other maintenance related issues such as an oil change, breaks, new grill installation and will keep coming back as needed. I can now say I have a “car guy” I can trust for the first time in my life. Thanks Bob and Margaret!

Took my 2017 BMW M4 for a little work, I know Bob from BMW CCA. He is very knowledgeable, has tons of experience and has very good pricing for quality work.
