They gave me a very cheap quote and made me believe they can do a job that other shops would turned away. I’m not even upset about the quality of work. I tried giving Victor feedback because it wasn’t on the way that we had discussed and asked how we can fix it. He decided to blow up and told me to just take the car for free. As I was just simply listening to his request, he then blow up because he said I just wanted the work for free. He then told his guys to rip out the work he did and put back on the stuff that was originally there. I then calmly had a challenge his mindset because I never stated I wasn’t paying. He was very irrational. He even behaved this way in front of his staff, and in front of somebody else that appeared to be walking in for business. I didn’t see the guy when I was leaving, so I think he was smart and left. I was very thankful for his employee, Brian Who was there today. I ended up paying and leaving. Victor ended up discounting it down I think because at the end of the day he knew he was wrong for how he treated me. I would never recommend working with them in the future. They love to accept the work, but taking feedback is not a strength. Very rude.

Told my e-scooter to have the inter tube changed. I gave them the scooter and inter tube at 9:15am. I returned at 2pm the scooter was still untouched. The guy at the desk looks up and says o we didn't get to it yet. I said I'll just take it u had it all day and u close at 4. He had no care not one bit.... wasted my whole day that's my friends way to work.
