brought my vehicle in for repair and what I experienced was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My car has now been in their possession for an extended period of time with no clear completion date. Communication has been inconsistent, and I’ve been repeatedly told “a few more days” with no real updates. At this point, my engine has been partially disassembled without clear written authorization or a finalized estimate, which is very concerning. I’ve also spent a significant amount of money on transportation while waiting. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but the lack of transparency and delays have left me no choice but to escalate the situation. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing upfront and staying very involved in the process. I am currently pursuing this matter furthe

AVOID THIS MECHANIC AT ALL COSTS !!! ALERT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this shop. Over the past year, they’ve replaced my oil filter housing gasket three separate times, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Each time I’ve asked what the underlying problem is, I’ve been told they “don’t know,” which is incredibly concerning. On top of that, they consistently fail to meet their promised timelines. Every time I’m given a pickup date, it gets pushed back by 3–4 days without proper communication. The customer service has also been disappointing. The receptionist, Damian, refused to pass along my request for the owner to contact me. Instead, he insisted on handling the situation himself, despite not resolving any of the ongoing issues. To make matters worse, the day after they supposedly fixed the gasket, my check engine light came on and the car started shaking badly. It turns out they hadn’t hadn’t been properly inspected the whole vehicle , which could have caused serious engine damage. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this shop due to poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessional service. Everytime they replace something the problem gets worse I also got my valve cover gasket done there and it started leaking 3 months after I got it done ! I just took it in again to replace the valve cover gasket and it it stated leaking worse the next day

Over the summer I took my Mercedes to PINNACLE MOTORWERKS because it was making a weird noise, and Angelo immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it quickly. I was so impressed with his expertise! I just returned for an A1 service, and from check-in to pick-up, the experience was flawless. The pricing was great, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, and the customer service was impeccable. If you’re looking for top-notch service for your car, don’t bother looking anywhere else PINNACLE MOTORWERKS is the place to go!

I highly recommend this shop. I took my x5 50i due to a boost leak. Angelo quickly helped me with my problem and got it done quickly. Very fair pricing too, BMW of Northfield wanted to change me $4,800 for a vacuum hose change on my 50i and the cost of this labor at Pinnacle is 16% of what BMW of Northfield was charging me. ANGELO thank you brother!!

I've been taking my Mercedes truck to Angelo for the past few years. I have been very happy with his service every time. He is a very trusted shop owner and will take his time to discuss repairs and options. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my german cars to him. Also, his prices are very fair. He doesn't try to deceive you or anything. He is straight forward and honest, and knows what he is doing. I've worked with a lot of other mechanics/shops, but I don't get the same level of comfort I get with Pinnacle.
