These guys are the best! They are always helpful, considerate, and respectful - but most importantly, they are honest. They have never tried to sell me service I didn’t need. When I’ve taken my vehicle to the dealer for a recall and they tell me I need x, y, and z, I check with Elmhurst Auto Care and they shake their heads and tell me I am good for X miles (usually equating to a year or more); they have always been correct. I don’t trust anyone with mine or my family’s vehicles to anyone else.

I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the very professional service I received from both Brad and Steve. To make a long story short, my engine apparently locked up after a recent transmission rebuild. My regular mechanic could not determine exactly why. My car was towed to Elmhurst Auto Care West as recommended. Brad took ample time on the phone to discuss the possibilities and options for replacement engines (if necessary). He researched it so I'd have pricing, but after some inspection, it was a component in the transmission that failed and the engine was not damaged. It was towed to the trans shop where the problem was fixed. The thing to note is that I'd never called EACW before, but Brad was attentive, empathetic and took the time needed to hear what happened to my car since it died while I was driving it. A fairly long conversation. A+ for being so attentive and knowledgeable. I wish that this level of service could be found everywhere, but the reality is that it's rare. I'm happy to recommend this shop to anyone with car problems. Thank you so much for your time and efforts guys!

Time for an all fluids change service for my truck, coolant, brake fluid, both differentials, transfer case and transmission. Everyone there are always pleasant. Fair price, excellent work. Always OEM parts when possible (my truck is old) but quality aftermarket when OEM isn't available and they stand behind their work. I don't take either one of my vehicles anywhere else.
