Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!

Headed out of the state for the holidays and realized a couple things needed adjusting and popped on without an apt. They immediately took me, on their lunch break no less, fixed it and sent me on my way without charging since it was a quick fix. So kind and wonderful customer service.
