Brooks Vanderveen saved me today. I had a flat tire on my way to an important appointment and had to pull over with my hazard lights on. Brooks stopped to check on me and immediately stepped in to help me change my tire using my spare. He was calm, kind, and extremely professional the entire time. In a stressful moment, he truly went out of his way to help a stranger and made a huge difference. I even took a short video because I was so grateful for his help. He also gave me his business card, and I later learned he is the 1st Assistant Manager at Belle Tire Villa Park. Genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, thank you, Brooks Vanderveen. I got some giant chunk of metal stuck on my tire. I called around and got all sorts of prices for a new tire, some weren't even available until end of day. Finally I called Belle Tire and spoke to Rod, who took the time to explain the types of tires he had available for me and they're prices and even made sure to inform me of a buy 3 get 1 free deal they were having! He told me I could bring it in any time. He even PERSONALLY drove to another location to get the last tire bc they didn't have all 4 in stock. Yes, the pricing was so great I decided on getting an entire set of new tires instead of just 1 or 2. This is my new tire shop from now on. Everyone here was very nice and the shop itself was clean and comfortable for people wanting to wait there. Thank you!

Great experience at Belle Tire. The assistant manager Hadi was very professional, honest, and helpful. They took care of my wheel alignment and even patched my tire for free, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, the service was fast, and the staff made the whole process easy. It’s good to see customer service like this. Highly recommend.

AMAZING simply put!!!! my daughter and I from AL and drove 11 hours to Chicago last night. I noticed the front driver side had slow leaks. I was very concerned since we are here for the weekend only with no back up vehicle. I drove around town for tire repairs shops after 3 different shops Bob took me in and said he and his team will take care of it within an hour. 45 min later it was done and NO CHARGE. I was very impressed not only with the timely service, facilities, but also the positive and pleasant attitude of Bob and his team. I told Bob I will make sure my daughter once she moves up here will stop by for all car services. Very rare I run into amazing service and team like this shop. Highly recommend for sure!!!
