A to Z did a phenomenal job repairing our car. They were there for us every step of the way, clearly communicated their process and answered all of our questions. Their prices are so reasonable for their high quality of work. Plus, shop cats!
View on GoogleI was involved in an accident. Everything from the claim to the repairs was seamless. From the time I brought my vehicle in to be evaluated, to the time I picked it up after the repairs were complete, everyone was so kind and made sure that I was well informed about every step of the process. They even aided in my rental drop off and pick up. All I had to do was hand them the keys to the rental and they took care of the rest. Even when I had some concerns about the repair, they addressed the alleged issue right away. Everyone from the people who work in the office to the techs doing the repairs were just all so nice. Not to mention, the work they did on my vehicle looks great. You can't even tell it was damaged. They told me it would take 3 days and that's exactly how long it took. Dropped it off Wednesday and I picked it up on Saturday. They have gained a loyal customer in me for any future work I may need on any of my vehicles. I appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend them.

I received multiple text updates along the way letting me know of and progress or setbacks. The car was finished in the amount of time they quoted and looks great. The staff was so friendly.
View on GoogleA to Z is great. I went in on my wife's car to get the driver's side mirror that got broken at the car wash, and some rear end scrapes on bumper and by the gas tank. While other body shops in the area gave me one option. A new mirror that needed to be painted and the whole bumper and dents to be all re-done. And wouldn't just buff and paint in the scratches. While Ricky at A to Z gave me options,started with we can go with a used mirror,because your mirror cover is still good,then we can buff in fill. Or we go the expensive route.i went with the used mirror and buff in fill. The work came out great. Highly recommend,he's(Ricky) willing to work with you(the customer) not what the body shops wants but what you want.
