Great experience. Very clean facility and everyone dressed very professionally. Went in to have front bumper and back headlight replaced, and buff out some scratches near the taillight. Parts were in within 2 days, brought my car in Monday morning, was given a free loaner (which they have right on premise). Received a call Tuesday afternoon car was ready - really professionally done. Definitely using them in the future.

My wife was recently involved in a not-at-fault accident. Star Auto's restorative body work on our vehicle was highly professional. They also promptly and professionally handled all the logistics: tow truck company, opposing insurance company, OEM replacement parts, etc. Outstanding service... highly recommended.

Not only did they get me in the same day, they provided me with a loaner car and fixed the car within 48 hours. They did an amazing job. All of this with no prior appointment. They were professional, courteous, and affordable. I did not know anything about this place. They will now be fixing my cars from this point forward. I highly recommend!!!

Chris and others were professional, kind and responsive. Most of all, it took only a day to finish after dropping my car, which is pretty impressive! I hope not, but the next time I have an issue with my car, I will 100% re-visit here.

They did a fantastic job with the fix coming in at slightly below the quoted cost. The shop was very clean and well organized. The car was delivered back to me clean. I would definitely use these folks again for repairs.
