I needed some body work done as my car was hit from behind. Checked a few places but wasn’t impressed for some reason or another. Went to Star Authority as the reviews were excellent. I now understand why! Chris was awesome, professional and knowledgeable. My car was repaired in the window given and my car looks like new! They also offer a loaner option which makes them a one stop shop. Highly recommend-

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to review Star Authority, and I decided to share my experience after avoiding it for so long. I switched to STAR because our 2013 JX35 had a noise issue that Infiniti could not resolve. I concluded that it was an age-related problem. When I took it to STAR, they identified and fixed the issue. Since that experience, I have been a loyal customer. I appreciate the exceptional level of attention and care that STAR provides. Their technicians are highly skilled, and they are not pushy about additional services. They provide guidance on what needs immediate attention and what can be planned for in the future. They also find ways to mitigate long-term damage by addressing potential problems early on. I value this approach because, while they are a business and need to generate revenue, their approach demonstrates their awareness of their customers’ realities. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that STAR always has loaner cars or a shuttle service, and their schedules are convenient. You can drop off your car early and be ready to go with a loaner or shuttle. I have worked with Jesse, Peter, Kenneth, and David, and because we have discussed the cars over the years and their issues, they are well-versed in what is critical and a priority and what is not. In summary, I am delighted to recommend STAR as a reliable and dependable shop for your car.

The guys at Star Auto Authority are friendly, kind, and caring. Not only are they excellent at taking care of any auto issues that I have had, but they also make sure that my car is always running in optimal condition. They have loaner cars, and shuttle service, and they keep their facilities very clean and comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I won't go anywhere else, for my auto needs!

I always say how honest and reliable Star Auto is and I’ll say it again!! After not being near the shop I had to get a new tire, after the tire was replaced they told me my transmission fluid was leaking and the cost would be $700 to fix it. I left the place and of course went to Star Auto where I was told with all honesty that no transmission fluid was leaking at all!! Grateful for Star Auto and will never go anyplace else!!! Thanks for always being honest, helpful and reliable!!

Star Auto was phenomenal. My vehicle was completely inoperable when I brought it in after hours and the mechanic was proactive and fully transparent about pricing and timing while letting me direct the next steps so I wasn’t paying for anything unexpectedly. They were fast and also made it very convenient to pick up the car and if it had taken longer the process for taking a loaner vehicle was also very simple. I was very happy with the service and would gladly recommend this top-notch shop.
