Do not bring your vehicle here under any circumstances. Read the entire post! I got my truck there before the scheduled appointment and it took them almost two hours just to tell me what I already knew. Made the appointment online and marked what level of components I wanted, in store the quote they gave me was for other parts. Then, I come to find the tech completely destroyed my wheel cap and didn't say anything! I should've known not to let them touch my truck when I heard Chief Keef being blasted at 10am. Can't even express how bad this entire ordeal was.

I had such an GREAT experience at the Pep Boys that I felt I needed to share. I originally took my Honda Civic to the dealership because my air conditioning wasn’t working. The dealership told me the issue was not the compressor seal (which is under warranty), but instead a completely different component that would cost me around $4,000 to repair. Wanting a second opinion, I brought my car here—and I am so glad I did. Ray, the manager, and his team spent over two hours thoroughly checking my car. They were incredibly professional, kind, and patient, and they even honored a coupon I brought in! Most importantly, they told me the truth: it WAS the compressor seal. Because of their honesty, I’m now able to take my car back to the dealership and have the repair covered under warranty—saving thousands of dollars. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. Ray runs a place that clearly values integrity over quick profit, and that says everything. If you want an honest mechanic who takes the time to do things right, go here—and ask for Ray. I will absolutely be bringing my car back for any future needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The headlights on my Jeep Grand Cherokee were going extremely dim and I needed to get replacements. I made the appointment online 2 (after 10pm on Wednesday night) for a 9:00am appointment on Thursday morning. The man at the "check in" was wonderful, friendly and helpful. They did a complete inspection and found everything was great with a small issue with a belt that he said could be replaced now or it could last a little while longer." I decided since I don't want it to break down when I'm on an expressway to get the headlights and the belt at the same time. Everything ended up being cheaper than he originally quoted me. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly!!!!

Friendly & knowledgeable, the wait time wasn't fun. If you drop your car off, great. Yet, don't wait for it. Most can't do anything but wait. In any case, reasonable pricing and tires to fit your specific car. Which seems obvious, but it's really about getting the right tire match.
