I seriously can’t say enough good things about Indo Pak Auto Repair. They’ve been taking care of my car for a while now, and every time I go in, I leave feeling confident and grateful. Whether it’s a simple oil change or something more involved, they always do a great job. What really makes this place stand out, though, is how professional and friendly everyone is. The whole team is super welcoming, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on with your car, no pressure, no upselling, just honest work. The owner, Muhammed Shafi, is such a kind and trustworthy person. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the work they do. It’s rare to find a place like this where you feel respected and taken care of. I honestly love coming here and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!

A nightmare in all facets, please do not come to this shop. I hate writing reviews especially bad ones but I cannot let them get away with this. I paid a lot of money for them to not give a crap about the work they did. I’m struggling to come up with words to explain how dissatisfied I am with their work. It’s disgraceful and they do not deserve to call themself a professional shop. They do not care about you or your car. Just that they did the minimum they could, and then even less, and that they stole your money. Avoid.
View on GoogleI will give zero rating bad customer services specially the owner came afternoon they are unable to diagnosed problem first time .I went there for check emission system they said cooling sensor need to be replace and after one day.same warning message appears again now asking to change other part .why pay twice for same issue .they change the cooling sensor unnecessarily which don't need to be replaced. paid two visit after that both times they said mechanic not available come later.they don't care about your time they just need money and worst thing they don't accept credit card and they only want cash.and try to save tax.

View on GoogleThey are honest people. Quality of work is fine. Best thing about them is they are always open about price and always upfront. Desi people will find something complaining about always. I have had 03 different cars in last 10 years and had multiple jobs done since they were older cars - if something was still bad or not working 100% they covered the followup without additional cost. I had to move to Plainfield so now they are too far away but I still prefer to bring my car here until I find someone good or honest in my new area. Would recommend 100% - at times they don't make much money per job - given older cars end up needing more labor than anticipated but they do hold their quote.
