I came here for an oil change and tire rotation on September 13, 2025. I would typically go to another Toyota dealership, but this one was closer to my house. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, then received an email with a coupon for a special that included the same services, so I updated my appointment to use the coupon. Although I had an appointment, I still waited almost 3 hours for my car. I had my son with me, and the children’s playroom left a lot to be desired. It was dirty and not well-kept. Once I finally got my car back, I noticed the glove box was on the floor in front of the passenger's seat. My advisor stood there and let another woman push past me, even though I was trying to get his attention to make him aware of the situation. He attempted to put it back on without success, so I had to wait even longer for a mechanic to come and pop it back in. The advisor explained that they removed my glove box to check the cabin filter, which I understood. But why wasn't my car returned the way I dropped it off? I let it go and chalked it up to a mistake. Days later, I noticed one of my rim covers wasn’t snapped all the way on. I brought my car back here to have them fix it because I didn’t want to break it. Once again, all of the rim covers were intact before service, so why would you return my car this way? To top it off, the tire pressure sensor light came on after I received service here, and my car started making a noise whenever I turned. I came back once again and was quoted over $300 to diagnose and fix the sensor, so I decided to take my car elsewhere to figure out the noise and sensor problem. After another mechanic removed the tires and diagnosed the sensor, the car stopped making the noise, and they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I’m pretty sure the tires weren't placed back on correctly after getting a tire rotation here, which is why the sensor failed, and I was hearing that noise. Extremely dangerous! I went to the Toyota Dealership in Naperville for an oil change a couple of days ago and was informed that my cabin filter was missing, so I had to pay $75 for a new one. The cabin filter was in my car and came back fine on my inspection here in September, so I don’t know why it was removed and not put back. Outside of diagnosing the tire pressure sensor light, no one else has worked on my car, so I’m 100% sure this happened here. I’ve been driving without a cabin filter for over 6 months due to negligence here, and the service manager didn't care enough to return my call. Trash service and management. 0 stars.

It's a pain to get your car serviced at this location, and after years of concerns, I've decided I don't have to put myself through that, and neither do you. On every visit for years, across multiple vehicles, when I come in with the list of recommended service or other needs for my vehicle, additional extra and unnecessary service recommendations are pushed. This occurs consistently and it is NOT just one bad service advisor. It is a culture at this location. Most recently, after providing a specific list when I scheduled the appointment, and turning down the "Regional service package" in person, I still find that those higher cost items were done on my vehicle and I was charged for them. I'm not going to argue more about the price or the work done, or try to get a refund, I'm just going to avoid this location for service, parts, or warranty. One star because the waiting room is good, and I really enjoyed the coffee machine! But it's not worth the trouble and expense overall.

I had a great experience working with Luis Varela at Toyota. He was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly from start to finish. Luis made the whole service process smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how patient he was when helping me with the digital forms since I’m not the best with technology. He took the time to guide me through everything without making me feel rushed. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, thank you Luis for making the experience so easy and pleasant!

Cosby is a great communicator. My car needed to be serviced twice due to unfortunate incidents of nature and things were done efficiently. I hadn't dealt with insurance prior to my first visit and the team really helped me out and communicated with me and my insurance even while I was out of town. Top notch.

Brendan was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout my entire visit. He handled the customer service for my oil change and car maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he does — Brendan truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you want top-notch service!
