Called service about brakes Monday, asked what time they’d be open until, they tell me 7pm. I show up at 5:30pm to be informed they only accept cars until 4:45. They let me leave the car for a brake inspection and potential replacement, I tell them to call me in the AM to let me know timing and what things look like post-inspection, as I have to be back in the city tomorrow evening. They mention a replacement takes ~2 hours. I call them 1:30pm the next day after no call, asking for an update. The service person I worked with, Juan, informs me they have 4 techs out and he’ll need to talk to dispatch to understand timing. 30 minutes later they leave a message saying there are 3 cars in front of me and I can pick it up (aka not enough time). Called back 3 times to try to speak to Juan, couldn’t get him on the phone, end up picking the car up at 3pm on Tuesday. They had the car for 21 hours, didn’t do a thing, and failed to communicate. Waste of my time and won’t be coming back here for service. No apology, nothing.

The selection is good, a little on the pricey side. But I was closing a deal for a new jeep battery when one of the owners came across out of nowhere and offered me a Fig Newton. When I accepted it, he put his hand on my neck and said “Fig Newtons are good, but I prefer FAG NEWTONS, if you know what I’m saying.” I was very confused by this. I had to sell my Jeep Cherokee after a few months because I felt cold and sad when using it. And I’ve never been able to eat Fig Newtons since.
