Michelle and Jim are the best. We've been taking our cars to them for about five years. They tell you which repairs are urgent, and which are advisable but can wait. The work is done promptly, usually the same day. I've had several times where they told me the real issue was something less costly than what some other mechanic said needed fixing. Every time they fixed the car, they did it right. Michelle was also very helpful when one of our car was in a wreck and we needed a new one, both in advice and in an inspection that led CarMax to agree to about $750 of work! Are their prices the lowest? No way. But you get what you pay for, and with these folks, it's worth every penny. As long as we live in the area, my family will bring our cars here first.

These folks are one of the true five-star experiences get in the service industry. Absolutely professional every step of the way. I even suggested parts that may have been overly worn out they were able to save them and just replace what was absolutely needed. Michelle and her crew were very respectful, very informative. I would encourage anyone that has a problem with the vehicle this is the go to place. I had a problem with my drivers window not working properly, I thought I could get the neighborhood mechanic to get it fixed with parts from the junkyard. After weeks of frustration and nothing could fix the issue I brought my vehicle to them and problem solved. Took a little time to figure it out, but THEY did. So glad I found you guys and thank you.
