A few weeks ago, my wife had a mishap: two tires destroyed by a crater in Chicago around rush hour. After securing a tow, she called Scott's-U-Save, and Kelly immediately put her on the schedule. Even though the car got dropped off around closing time, the team had her rolling by early afternoon the next day. And this is only one reason out of many why we appreciate Scott's-U-Save. They're efficient, their prices are fair, they're accommodating when they can be, and their customer communication is just excellent. We're grateful to have them in our community.

I made an appointment at Carx, to put my new 22 inch rims and tires at my Ram 1500. Come to find out the appointment was a waste of time because they could not balance and align my wheels and tires. But that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because the guy from the shop recommended Scott's U Save that i never heard of. After calling a few different shops I went to Scott's U Save in Steger IL as they have multiple shops and it was worth the trip. They were the least expensive in town for wheel alignments and tire balancing, they had stated of the art machinery, state-of-the-art facility, very clean, very professional and very honest. I also had a bad Valve stem sensor that was marking on my display cluster after my flat tire, which I authorized them to fix as well. And when they finished their job, they told me they tested the valve stem sensor and there was nothing wrong with it that it should start reading air pressure once I drive around in the new wheels & tires for a little while and sure enough, the sensor is working fine now. They could have easily charged me the fee for that repair and I would have never known but again, very professional, very good work. My tire pressure system kept coming on for quite awhile. I had my tires checked off and on. The pressure was good but the message still appeared. I brought my car to Scott’s explained my problem and they fixed it right away. They explained why I needed four sensors instead of one and did the work immediately. They were knowledgeable and reasonable on the price. Thanks for resolving my issue.

Great service every time! My oil change was quick and professional. What really stands out is that they always follow up afterward to make sure everything went well. I appreciate their excellent customer service. I'll definitely keep coming back.
