I had my vehicle towed from my home to a local mechanic. My insurance selected B&B for my tow service and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Steve. He was prompt and friendly, plus he handled my car very professionally in the middle of a rain storm. Bottom line, he was great and I would not hesitate to use B&B again if I ever need another tow.

Got into an accident and had to get a new bumper. They were able to order it and paint it within a day. Installation was quick. Color matches perfect and looks seamless. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back for any autobody needs!

Had a tire go out and ended up needing a tow. Contacted my provider and they sent out B & B Auto to assist. The driver, Steve, arrived much sooner than the estimated time and worked quickly to get my vehicle ready to go. Very personable and professional. Had a great conversation while riding along to the repair center. Was like talking with an old buddy. If I ever need a tow again in the area, B&B will definitely be who I will call and request. While I was driving my husband’s truck, I noticed the tire pressure light came on and I was frantic when I realized the pressure read only 11 PSI. I promptly called the guys at B&B who were able to fit me in between school pickup and cheer practice. Upon inspection, they discovered a giant metal tire weight (who knows) and let me know they wouldn’t be able to patch the tire. They were honest, professional, efficient, and gave me several options to order a new tire and swap the spare to the matching wheels. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to as can sometimes be the case when a woman walks into a repair center. I appreciate them accommodating me in a convenient manner and will continue to use them as we have been since we moved to Spring Grove. Thanks guys!
