The guy that worked there was sweet and helpful with helping me get my uhaul truck. It was raining and my phone wouldn't let me take pictures so he took the pictures and sent them to me. Which was so amazing. The only thing I will say is when you got to pick up a uhaul, do it during business hours because they have them blocked in.

Please please please run from this place. The owner is a big liar. I'm spending 1000 to fix the problem he and his team messed up. Painted my car a completely different white bumper is coming off they lost my key and crossed up some wires. His response to messing up my car was "I can't make everyone happy". If I could give a no star I would. you are WARNED....

Luckily for them I had to select a star but they need the thumbs down times 5. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this mess of a business. My first impression was that very unpleasant. Initially I spoke to Dominique and placed a down payment on a part for my vehicle and since I no longer have the vehicle they are refusing to give me my money back. I've called and spoke to Dominique on several occasions and she continues to give me the run around. It's to the point now that she doesn't answer my calls. What type of business do you run? How can you take someone's money don't tell them about a refund policy and deny them their money back. I will be reporting this business for fraudulent acts and they won't get my service. I would think twice before allowing them to fix on my car. They have bad reviews all up and down their page I wish I'd seen this prior to picking this place to service my vehicle. If you are looking to get ripped off, deal with horrible customer service and have your car come out with more issues it came in with then you picked the right place JMB auto in Chicago Heights.

Great customer service, extremely friendly.. They go over and beyond to get the job done and reasonable.. I would recommend anyone to this place of business... For those of you whom don't know, they do paint jobs/body work, mechanical work also Music in cars.

So like a review i read and i agree with 1000 percent, this company deserves not even 1 star. They took my daughters car in on January 11th saying that she needed a timing belt. Ok, once they got the car taken apart, they then said she needed a cam shaft sensor, all which is covered through the dealer warranty, reminding you my kid is 19 and knows nothing about dealing with mechanic shops, but reading the reviews we decided to go ahead and let them fix the vehicle. Worst mistake of our lives, they kept the car over 3 weeks claiming they were waiting on parts, then even after they got the parts.. kept the car sitting for another 3 weeks.. for reasons unknown. I’m no genius but I’m pretty sure, it doesn’t take 2 months to fix a car that’s fully covered through warranty. The customer service is not good the owner is rude , he says “he doesn’t do mechanic work, he just owns the shop., and can not control how fast the mechanics work”. Understandable.. But he was also making threatening remarks to my child speaking on death row and suge knight as if this is a game or he was trying to put fear in her by Manipulating the fact that they are scamming her asking for money that they were not willing to prove why it’s owed. Basically this is far from a professional establishment , and i think it’s worth zero stars . My daughter car is running worse than it was before she brought it here. The Check Engine light is on, And honestly it’s just Unacceptable the service and customer service my daughter received here! Save your dollars for a real mechanic shop or just go to a alley, cause that’s basically what jmb automotive is, alley mechanics, with no morals and ethic. I want everyone to be aware of the customer service we get when spending our hard earned money trying to fund our local companies and small businesses. Which we always crying need the most help but when u do support u always end up with the short end of the stick. My daughter car is making noises and now they say it’s something wrong with the electrical stuff in the car just another way to make money. lol classic mechanic chronicles.
