Terrible communication from Dave. My motorcycle was left stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood around 8am and I was told it would be picked up shortly after noon. I received zero updates until I called at 4pm, to hear that “something came up” and it would be another hour. Completely fine, life happens. But the next day, the bike was still sitting there until I called again asking what was going on. Only then was it finally towed. When I asked for a discount because of the delays and lack of communication, he got upset. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be using his service again.
