Took my Jeep to get fixed. Had my car for almost 3 weeks. Got it back sounding exact same if not worse then when I droped it off Got my car and came back 30 minutes later and was told wait a few days it’ll get better and yet still haven’t got a call back or anything got messages videos and pictures to prove it Got my car back knocking and making the same noise when I dropped it off after spending over $2000 wouldn’t trust them doing motor work If they even did it at all

I dropped my car off with Ken to get brakes, rotors, and calipers done while i had a weekend trip out of town and they had it done before i even got back! My family has been taking their cars to ken for YEARS! Super great and sweet guy! We love Ken and Katts Automotive!

Had to get my brakes done. They were completely honest In what I needed and didn't try to sell me extras. I needed brake pads and rotors. Most places would have just replaced everything. They said "No, your front rotors were fine. all you needed was the back ones." Extremely friendly too. Recommend to everyone.

After arriving late from out of the country for a spring break trip with 5 kiddos, I realized my windshield wiper stopped working as we were getting ready to make our 6 hour drive back to Northern Michigan in severe weather. I was referred by a friend to Katt’s and they were wonderful. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. Apparently, the wiper had become loose so an easy fix, thankfully. Best part he didn’t even charge me. He could have had me wait for hours, but he helped right away and I am so grateful. Highly recommend!
