My first visit to this location. I went for our Highlander's oil change. My experience here was great, scheduling was smooth, Edgar from the service department was very friendly and professional, answering all my questions. The service area was busy but running very smooth. Lounge was nice and comfy, quiet enough to get some work done. I was in and out within 1 hour. After visiting the Napervile location before coming to this one, I can say this is now our preferred service center. Highly recomended.

Worst dealership ever. Drove 40 min to find out the did not have the vehicle we had arranged to test drive beforehand. So lie #1. Lie#2: Was told another vehicle had the same headroom. Even google knew that was a lie. Left immediately. Sad place.

Had just bought a Tacoma from another dealer. Took it to the car wash 3 days after and the wash ripped off one of the roof drip moldings. I ordered a replacement but had trouble installing because the $3 plastic clip it snaps into had broke. Thought I’d just have the dealer deal with it so when I took it in they mentioned it’d be about $100 to do. Get a call back telling me it’ll be $400 because they need to re order the molding and other pieces which have nothing wrong with them. They lied and said an additional clip was missing. Looking at the parts diagram from Toyota and did not see the additional clip they were trying to refer to. I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and chalk it up to miscommunication. Bought the clip from them for $3, a bottle of water proof super glue $6, and fixed it myself. I don’t mind paying to have someone else do it for me but if you’re not careful they will skin you. They did also service my oil and front diff fluid which had a minor leak from the drain plug gasket being crushed. No issues there and was given a ride to and from my home to get the vehicle. If you’re not careful they may overcharge for services you can do on your own.
