Best service department, show of real hustle, I had a bad skip loader tire, they had in stock and out the door in a short time. All my future AG/Construction equipment tire service will be with pomps. Truely exceptional, my thanks.
View on GoogleBauer Built Tire & Service sucks. So, I came to Pomp's Tire Service and dealt with AB Diaz. I called Bauer built Tires and told them that my Air valve pin was leaking. I have tightened it and only need some air because I lost Air. I will pay for air. Told me they can't do that. They would need to mount and dismount to see if there was another problem, and it would cost just below $100.00. Many places give free air for one tire, but they are ripping off desperate customers in simple needs. AB Diaz (the guy in the picture) at Pomp's Tire Service not only installed a valve pin for free, checked air in all tires, and charged me nothing. He said just give a cash tip to my employee. That tells you that they also take care of their employees. I gave him $20. I have saved you on Google maps and will be back next time. THANK YOU!!!!! 👍👍👍👍
View on GoogleWell my company called and was told it would only be about 60 min wait that there's one truck ahead of me I get here checked in and they tell me when theyre done with the truck they was working on that im next well me and another truck was waiting and instead of pulling me in like they said I was next they go to the other truck and pull him in after they was done with the straight truck and guess what ive been sitting here for 2.5 hrs this is ridiculous and extremely poor customer service this pomps location really needs a wake up call like they are extremely slow at changing tires i won't use this pumps location ever again corporate really needs to do something
View on GoogleI took my RV to Pomp’s in Romeoville, because I had a leaky valve stem. It turned out the valve inside the stem was loose and this was causing the leak. They tightened the valve and the problem solved. They didn’t even charge me! I will use this facility in the future for my tire needs and repairs! Great service and very responsive!!
