I stopped in Miles More Miles in Romeoville. I had been going to Mike More Miles in Lockport for at least 20 years. The staff was always amazing. I was very reluctant, 10 years ,to go somewhere else, but I was tired of going over the Lockport bridge, if you've ever been, you understand. Anyway, I digress, I went to MMM in Romeoville because my breaks were grinding. I explained how I had bet such a loyal customer in Lockport because they were always always honest and they never took advantage trying to sell me a service I didn't need. I told them I hoped I would feel the same here. The guy behind the counter told me they were owned by the same person. They checked out my breaks, told me they were fine, I thought that was the case because I had been out of town and between the car setting and all the rain, they just rusted up a little. Now the point is, they could have lied, they didn't. They did change the oil which I was coming up on so saved Some time and had it done. I'm female and older, I have experienced a lot of idiots underestimating my intelligence and it gets pretty irritating after awhile, glad it seems I found a car service I can trust..Now I have some trust in them, I will refer my friends, and I don't have to spend hours going over that damn bridge! Win Win situation to me.

We were traveling from out of state and had a knocking engine noise, with no dashboard lights. This place was recommended by friends who live locally. We went to the closest one and they were tremendously knowledgeable and honest. We did the recommended oil change and made it home for my mechanic brother to fix the rest. If we ever have issues again (we travel a lot) and there is a Mike More Miles nearby we will be going straight there!
